Returns and complaints

Unicraft sells to businesses. The rules below follow our Terms & Conditions.

Check your delivery

Please check your goods on receipt. Report damage, missing items or wrong items within 8 days of receipt, in writing. The fastest way is the button “A problem with this order?” on the order page in My account, or an email to info@unicraft.be with your order number and, for damage, a photo.

Returns

Goods can only be returned after our prior agreement. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Replacement or credit note

Once we have received and checked the return, we send you a replacement or a credit note.
